The West Suburban Zen Group meets at the Harmony Health Center in Carol Stream, IL on Saturday mornings. Practice begins with chants at 8:30 am followed by sitting meditation, a reading and discussion. Beginners welcome on the first Saturday of the month.

We are a member of the Ten Directions Zen Community of the Chicagoland area and part of the Kwan School of Zen. As such, we frequently join local practioners for retreats and days of meditation.
